Very fast service on an emergency call out. Significant leak underneath bath originating from shower pump. Water was pouring through communal alleyway below bathroom. Problem sorted very quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will be asking Shaws Plumbing to return and complete some more work based on this incident.

The engineer, Chris, was here within the hour. We had a bird stuck behind the fireplace. Chris quickly cut off the gas supply and removed the fireplace. We rescued the poor magpie while Chris checked out what had gone wrong with the chimney. He gave us some excellent advice and reassembled the fireplace. He was very quick and efficient, friendly and courteous. Two satisfied customers. The magpie flew off and was unavailable for comment.

I would just like everyone to know that Shaw’s Plumbing And Heating helped us out over the phone when our insurance company could’nt get an engineer out until the morning. I phoned the freephone number and asked for some advise on what I could do to either stop or slow down the leak on my toilet until the insurance company can come out to carry out the repair, they were very helpfull and talked me through the procedure and I manage to stop the leak, I am now thinking of cancelling my insurance plan and using SPH if I need to. Thanks for all your help SPH.
